SellerTwin is operated by Limitless Tec Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13697254), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England.

References to "we", "us", or "SellerTwin" in this policy refer to Limitless Tec Ltd.

This policy applies to merchants who create an account on sellertwin.com. Our embeddable widget does not collect personal data from end customers visiting merchant storefronts.

Account data: name, email address, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).

Store data: product catalog information you import or enter when setting up your Twin.

Conversation data: transcripts of voice and text interactions between your Twin and your store visitors. This data is associated with your merchant account and is used to power your analytics dashboard and Coach Mode features.

Usage data: voice credit consumption, checkout click events, and conversion tracking.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps) to improve our platform. These tools may use cookies.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): you have voluntarily subscribed to a B2B SaaS service, and processing your store and conversation data is necessary to deliver that service.

For billing, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• To display analytics and insights in your merchant dashboard
• To power Coach Mode and AI optimisation features
• To send transactional emails (billing notices, account updates)
• In anonymised or aggregated form, to improve our AI models and conversion features

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account cancellation or termination, your data (including conversation transcripts) is deleted within 30 days.

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Google (Gemini AI API), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Each processor is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

SellerTwin serves merchants internationally. Your data may be processed in countries outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable law.

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sellertwin.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes by email or via an in-dashboard notice.
