Refund Policy

1. Overview

SellerTwin is operated by Limitless Tec Ltd (Company No. 13697254), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England. This policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.

2. Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no charge and is not subject to any refund considerations. No credit card is required to use the free plan.

3. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at hello@sellertwin.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Renewals

After the initial 30-day period, subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Voice Credits

Voice minutes consumed during a billing period are non-refundable, regardless of whether a refund is requested for the subscription itself within the 30-day window.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We handle exceptional cases (billing errors, technical failures on our end) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@sellertwin.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
