Terms and Conditions

SellerTwin is a SaaS platform operated by Limitless Tec Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13697254), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England.

These Terms govern access to and use of sellertwin.com and any associated services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The Platform is intended for use by businesses and merchants only. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity, and that you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sellertwin.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

SellerTwin offers a free plan with limited features (including capped voice conversation time) and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to use SellerTwin to sell or promote illegal products or services, to distribute spam or misleading content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform, or in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the product catalog, training data, and any other content you upload or configure in your Twin. SellerTwin provides the technology — the accuracy and legality of what your Twin says to customers depends on the data you provide.

If you train your Twin with inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete product information, SellerTwin bears no responsibility for resulting customer interactions or disputes.

The Twin operates on your storefront as your AI sales representative. You are fully responsible for the customer experience it delivers, including any product claims, pricing information, or recommendations made during conversations. SellerTwin is a tool provider, not a party to the transaction between you and your customers.

Conversation transcripts and customer interaction data generated through your Twin belong to you. By using the Platform, you grant SellerTwin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this data in anonymised or aggregated form to improve the Platform, train AI models, and develop new features (including Coach Mode and recommendation optimisation).

All Platform technology, branding, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of Limitless Tec Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, uptime, or that the Platform will be error-free at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and fix issues promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Tec Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
